Club Rules and Regulations

  1. All gymnasts must arrive in good time for their training session

  2. Gymnasts are expected to help get out and put away the equipment

  3. A coach must be informed if a gymnast leaves the gym, to go to the toilet or get a drink. This is for health and safety reasons

  4. A club leotard for girls and t-shirt is compulsory for all club members and must be worn at all training sessions

  5. Bare feet or gym shoes may be worn

  6. Mobile phones and jewellery should not be brought to the gym

  7. The club or the coaches cannot take any responsibility for any items lost or stolen

  8. All body piercing should be removed, and tattoos covered

  9. Hair must be securely tied back.

  10. Gymnasts should treat fellow gymnasts and coaches with respect and consideration at all times. Inappropriate language should not be used

  11. No one is permitted on the apparatus without a coach present

  12. Coaches have the right to suspend a member as a disciplinary measure

  13. The club reserves the right to end or refuse any gymnasts membership from the club

Parents

  1. All gymnasts under the age of 16 must be escorted onto the premises by an adult

  2. All gymnasts must be collected from inside the building

  3. Parents should arrive in good time to collect their children.

  4. Fees are worked out on a 10-week term

  5. The club will not give refunds for any part or full-term fees

  6. Fees must be paid in advance through Loveadmin; failure to do so may result in the place being offered to someone else

  7. The right to dispose of any lost property as seen fit will be exercised at the end of each term

  8. A club leotard for girls and t-shirt is compulsory for all club members and must be worn at all training sessions

  9. If you wish to discuss anything with one of the coaches, please come in at the end of your Childs session

  10. The club will not be held responsible for any act resulting from a member breaking any of the club rules. Whilst all reasonable care will be taken, the club, it’s officials and coaches will not be liable for any injury occasioned during any activities organised by the club
